Why your company's knowledge is split across four tools

Ask a simple question at most companies. Why did we push the launch? The answer exists. It is just in four places.

The chat app knows what was said. The inbox knows what was promised to the customer. The tracker knows what was agreed and who owns it. The meeting knew why. Not one of these tools can see the other three, and neither can anyone you hire.

People become the glue

So a person carries information between them. The meeting is written up as notes, retyped as tickets, then retyped again as a status update. The most reliable integration between two tools is still someone copying and pasting.

That is expensive in a way that never shows up on an invoice. It also produces noise: four inboxes, four unread counts, none of them ranked, so the important thing is whichever one you happened to see.

Why adding an AI tool does not fix it

An AI assistant bolted onto one of the four inherits the split. It can summarise the chat but not the meeting. It can draft a reply but has never seen the ticket. It sounds equally sure whether it knows or is guessing, so you cannot give it a job.

One app instead

AntFabric puts chat, the company inbox, meeting notes and a task board in one desktop app your company controls. The assistant works inside those four, so it has your context by default rather than through a connector for every window you already have open.

One sign-in, one notification feed, no second AI subscription. And when it cannot do something, it tells you.
