Support

Stuck? Write to the people who built it.

AntFabric is built and deployed by GeekyAnts engineers. A support request reaches the team that knows the platform, not a ticket queue. Tell us what is wrong and we will pick it up.

Before you write

What to put in the email.

The more we can see, the fewer replies it takes.

  1. Where it happens

Your organization's name, and whether it is the desktop app, the mobile app or the web. Add the version if you can see it.

  2. What you expected, and what happened

The steps that led there, and the exact error message if one appeared.

  3. A screenshot or a recording

Attach it to the email. Leave out passwords, API keys and customer data.
